Kale with Anchovies

List of Ingredients
1 pound kale, well washed and coarsely chopped
3 T olive oil
1 clove garlic
4 fillets of anchovy, diced
salt to taste
pepper to taste
juice of 1/2 lemonRecipe
Cook kale in boiling water until tender, about 30 minutes, drain well. heat oil in frying pan and saute garlic until golden. Remove garlic and discard, add anchovies, and stir in well drained kale. Cover and cook over moderate heat until kale is thoroughly heated. Add salt and pepper and sprinkle with juice of half lemon. serve hot. Serves 4.
I had better results by steaming the kale rather than boiling. I also left in the garlic.
