    Small pieces salt pork
    2 C cooked lima beans
    2 C cooked corn, cut from the cob
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 C heavy cream
    2 T butter

    Recipe



    Cook salt pork and corn together.
    Mash limas and add to corn. Stir well. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer slowly for 5-6 minutes.
    Add more cream and butter just before serving, and a little salt and lots of pepper.
