Orange Carrots

List of Ingredients
1 pound carrots
3/4 c water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1 medium orange, peeled and cut into bite size
2 T butter
1 T chivesRecipe
Slice carrots and add them to a saucepan. Add water and bring to a boil. Add salt. Cook, covered 8-10 minutes until crisp tender. drain. Add orange peel and orange pieces, butter and chives. Return to low heat and stir until butter is melted and oranges are warm. Serve at once.
