List of Ingredients
1 pound carrots
1 T cornstarch
1/4 C frozen orange juice concentrate
1 T butter
2 dashes nutmeg
parsley, ChoppedRecipe
Slice carrots and cook until almost done. Reserve 3/4 cup of the cooking liquid. Add undiluted orange juice, butter, salt and nutmeg. Bring to a boil and thicken. Add carrots and heat through.
