Polish Barley Stuffed Cabbage

1 C pearl barley
1 lrg minced onion
3 T oil
1/2 C diced mushrooms
1 T lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
salt
pepper
1/3 C chopped parsley
1 1/2 C beef broth
2 T flour
1 C sour cream
2 T chopped dillRecipe
Follow directions for stuffed cabbage. Cook in the broth and thicken the broth to a sauce. Add sour cream and dill. Serve sauce over cabbage.
