4-6 potatoes
1/2 to 1 lb bulk sausageRecipe
Peel large potatoes and use an apple corer to make a hole from end to end in center of potaoes. Chop the removed potato finely and mix with sausage meat. Stuff or pipe sausage back into potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a roasting pan. Add 1/2 inch of water and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
