5 large red bell pepper
2 T olive oil
1 large clove very thinly sliced garlic
1 T water
salt
black pepperRecipe
wash peppers, remove seeds and veins. Slice into 1/2 inch strips and set aside.
Heat the oil in large skillet, Stir fry the peppers over medium high for 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium, add garlic, water, salt and black pepper. Cover, and on medium low, cook 10 minutes or until peppers are crisp and tender.
