Refried Potatoes

4 large bakers
1/4 C oyster sauce
6 jarred tabasco peppers
1/2 C chicken stock
2 T lemon juice
1/4 C soy sauce
3 shakes garlic powder
1-2 onions, cut up
Recipe
Cut potatoes in half and place skin side down in roasting pan. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over. Cook until tender. Drain and reserve the sauce. Chill overnight.
Cube the potatoes and fry until crisp on the edges. Add 3 thinly sliced scallions, 1/2 tsp salt, dash pepper. dash paprika, prefried and crumbled bacon(opt), 1/2 C diced green peppers and 1/2 C red bell peppers. cook until peppers and scallions wilt. Add reserved sauce. Cook 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with 2 T freshly grated Parmesan cheese and 2 T grated cheddar cheese.
