List of Ingredients
1 can cream style corn
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 eggs
1 1/2 C cracker crumbs
1 red pimiento, chopped
white sauce
melted butterRecipe
Make a white sauce of 3 tablespoons butter, 4 teaspoons flour and 1 C milk. Add the peppers and onion. Add beaten eggs to corn and season with salt and pepper.Add 1/2 of crumbs and the white sauce. Put in casserole, cover with crumbs and a little melted butter. bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour
