Stir Fried Greens

2 pounds greens (spinach, kale, chard, mustard, or wild)
1 bunch cilantro
3 T olive oil
1 clove garlic, pressed
salt
pepper
1/4 C toasted pine nuts
2 juice of 1 lemonRecipe
Wash greens, remove stems if necessary. Chop them coarsely. Chop the cilantro medium fine. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and saute until just aromatic. Add greens and saute 2 minutes more, until wilted.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add cilantro, pine nuts and lemon juice, stir to combine well.
