Sweet Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients

3 C mashed sweet potatoes
1 C sugar
1/3 C butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C milk

Topping;
1 C coconut
1 C chopped pecans
1 C brown sugar
1/3 C flour
1/3 C melted butter


Recipe

Mix mashed sweet potatoes with sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Place in an 8x8 inch greased baking dish.
Combine coconut, pecans, brown sugar, flour and melted butter. Place on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until nicely browned.
