Sweet potato casserole with topping

List of Ingredients



• 3 C mashed sweet potatoes
  
• 1/3 C milk
  
• 1/2 C butter
  
• 1 C sugar
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 T vanilla
  
• 1 C light brown sugar
  
• 1/2 C flour
  
• 1/3 C butter
  
• 1 C chopped nuts
  






Instructions



1. Combine mashed sweet potatoes, milk, 1/2 cup butter, sugar,eggs and vanilla. Pour inyo a casserole.
   
   
2. Make a topping by mixing brown sugar, flour, 1/3 cup butter and the (optional nuts)with a fork to a crumb. Sprinkle over casserole.
   
   
3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
