    2 quarts red dandelion leaves
    1/4 c bacon fat
    1/4 C Cider vinegar
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    2 T chopped parsley

    Recipe



    Wash greens and cut of stems. Cut into small pieces. Heat bacon fat, vinegar, sugar and salt. Dry greens and add, cook over medium heat, covered, until wilted and tender, about 12 minutes. Add parsley and stir.
