Zucchini in tomatoes

List of Ingredients
1 small head bok choy
2 stems Chinese broccoli
2 C frozen, sliced zucchini
1/4 package extra firm tofu, cubed
1 16 oz can Italian stewed tomatoesRecipe
Slice the bok choy and Chinese broccoli fairly thin. Heat the tomatoes to almost a boil. Add all together and cook just until the broccoli is tender firm.
