Basil Vinaigrette 2

List of Ingredients
2 c fresh basil
1/4 of a medium onion
4 T extra hot dijon mustard
2 T balsamic vinegar
2 C olive oil
salt to taste
Recipe
In blender, puree basil, onion, mustard and vinegar until smooth. While machine is running, slowly drizzle the oil in. Season to taste.
this will keep up to three weeks in the fridge.
Makes 2 1/2 cups
