Basil Vinaigrette

List of Ingredients
2 C fresh basil
1/4 of a medium onion
4 tblsp extra hot dijon mustard
2 tblsp balsamic vinegar
2 C olive oil
salt, to taste
Recipe
In blender, puree the basil, onion mustard and vinegar until smooth. While machine is running, Slowly drizzle the oil in. Salt to taste. This will keep up to 3 weeks in the refridgerator. Makes 2 1/2 cups
