It seems like this was on a can of salmon. So its probably for salmon salad.

List of Ingredients

one quarter Cup olive oil
Two tablespoons white wine vinegar
one tablespoon lemon juice
one half teaspoon lemon zest
0ne tablespoon chopped parsley
one eighth teaspoon black pepper

Whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
