    Mustard Vinaigrette

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 C balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1/2 C extra- virgin olive oil

    Recipe

    In small bowl, whisk together vinegar and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste. Gradually whisk in the oil. Dress salad immediately or refigerate.
    Just before using, whisk again.
