    Makes 1 1/8 cups.
    Whisk together 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar, 1/2 cup olive oil, 4 tsp honey, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1-2 teaspoons of salt and one or more teaspoons grated fresh wasabi to taste
