List of Ingredients

1/4 C white wine vinegar
1 T Dijon mustard
2 T dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 C extra-virgin olive oil
1 T capers, drained and chopped


Recipe

In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar,mustard, wine, salt and pepper to taste. Gradually whisk in the olive oil until emulsified, Stir in capers.
