Makes 10 large wraps.
List of Ingredients
10 large thin wraps
1 pound cream cheese
2 bunches parsley
1 10-oz jar green olives
1/4-1/2 jalapeno pepper
1 large clove garlic
3 T olive oil
2 T lemon juice
5 large grated carrotsRecipe
In food processor, whirl until smooth all except carrots. Spread the mixture evenly on the wraps.Divide carrots into 10 piles and sprinkle evenly on each wrap. Fold bottom quarter of wrap up over ingredients and roll up from one side to the other. Chill. Will keep several days in the fridge, wrapped in plastic wrap.
Var; add 1 C pumpkin seeds to the processor.
