    Lentil-Rice Wraps

    2 3/4 C lentils
    5 C water
    1 1/2 C onion
    1 1/2 T olive oil
    3 tsp Garam Masala
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 tsp red chili flakes

    1 C rice
    2 C water
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    1 vegetable bouillon cube (large,2 C size)Or use 2 small

    Recipe



    Cook the first 6 ingredients until the lentils are tender and intact, about 20 minutes.
    Cook the rice in the 2 cups water, with the curry powder and bouillon cube, according to rice package directions depending on which type of rice you are using.
    Lay wraps out and place rice on each. Add lentils down the center. Fold up bottom to cover 1/4 of the way up the filling, and roll up the wraps. Chill before serving.
