    4 ounces Neufchatel cheese
    1 14.75-oz can salmon (better if you have fresh, cooked)
    3 T dressing of choice
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    6 large wraps
    Lettuce or spinach
    1 cucumber,seeded and cut in julienne slices
    1 tomato, thinly sliced

    Recipe



    Soften the cheese.
    Drain the salmon. Add the dressing and pepper to the cheese and blend. Spread one third cup of filling on each wrap and spread to within half inch of edges. Lay lettuce or spinach leaves in down the center of each each wrap. Top with the cucumber and tomato.
    Roll up tightly.
