    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 glass beer (approximately
    6 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Lea and Perrins
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 drop Tabasco
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 large egg

    Recipe



    Combine all spices and beer; bring to boil (well
    dissolved).

    Keep stirring until smooth.

    Add cheese and continue stirring until smooth and then take from stove.

    Add 1 beaten egg.

    Mix well and then serve over toast points.
