List of Ingredients
- 2 tablespoonspesto,refrigerated
- 2 tablespoonsLow Calorie Low Fat mayonnaise
- 2 Whole Wheat flour tortillas
- 2-3Romaine lettuce leaves, torn into large pieces
- 1 cup (1/2 10oz. package)shortcuts Italian chicken, Perdue
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded Low Fat mozzarella
- You can also use a small amount of any salsa
Instructions
- Mix pesto and mayonnaise and spread evenly over tortillas.
- Top tortillas
with lettuce, chicken, tomatoes and cheese.
- Roll up tightly to serve.
