Chocolate Miracle Whip Cake

List of Ingredients



• 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  
• 1 cup of sugar
  
• 3 Tablespoons of Watkins Baking Cocoa
  
• Pinch of salt
  
• 1 cup of Kraft Miracle Whip Salad Dressing (regular)
  
• 2 heaping teaspoons of baking soda
  
• 1 cup of HOT water
  
• 2 teaspoons of Watkins Double Strength Vanilla
  






Instructions



1. Place in large bowl the flour, sugar, cocoa, salt,and Miracle Whip. In a separate bowl, mix together the baking soda and Hot water until dissolved. Add to flour mixture. Mix together on medium speed of mixer until blended about 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9x2 inch cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Top with marshmallow icing recipe or your favorite icing.
