Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Sugar Chips
Source of Recipe

Recipe Introduction
The recipe is kind of vague because you can make as little or as much as you want to. And I had to play around w/the temperature and times for the cinnamon chips so keep an eye on them and make any adjustments if necessary. The salsa is just diced fruit. It doesn't need any sugar, dressing, etc. It makes it's own juice. And I think the fruit holds up best on day one, but it's still delicious on day two. So simple and yet so good!
List of Ingredients
Salsa:
strawberries -- diced small
kiwi -- diced small
Granny Smith apple -- peel left on, cored, and diced small
Chips:
flour tortillas
cinnamon sugar
non-stick cooking spray
Recipe
Mix all diced fruit in a bowl and chill.
To make chips, preheat oven to about 350 to 400 degrees. Lay tortillas out on baking pans and spray w/Pam. Sprinkle liberally and evenly with cinnamon sugar. Cut into wedges and separate. Bake for about 9-11 minutes. Just watch them and take them out when they are light golden on the bottom and starting to turn crisp. Remove chips from pan and cool on wire rack.
Serve chips w/fruit salsa.
