    Hot Artichoke Dip

    Recipe Introduction

    A drained 4 oz. can of diced green chiles can also be added to this. It can be served with tortilla chips, roasted garlic bagel chips, mini garlic toasts, raw veggies, etc..

    List of Ingredients

    1 (12-14 oz.) jar or can artichokes, drained well (NOT marinated)
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese (I used Kraft 3 cheese blend--parmesan, asiago, and romano)
    1/2 cup mayo (I used Hellman's light)
    Frank's hot sauce, to taste
    kosher salt and fresh black pepper, to taste
    2 gloves garlic or garlic powder
    more parmesan for the top

    Recipe

    Blend in a food processor. Spread in a small baking dish and sprinkle with additional Parmesan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden on top.
