    Strawberry Yogurt Dip

    I threw this together to serve with strawberries and green grapes for my son's preschool picnic.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 pint chilled whipping cream
    1 T. powdered sugar -- use more or less to taste
    splash of vanilla
    about 3 (6 oz.) containers of strawberry yogurt (I used Yoplait "custard" style)
    fresh fruit

    Recipe



    Beat cream to almost soft peaks and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until cream is as stiff as you want it.
    Stir yogurt in a bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and chill until serving. Serve w/strawberries, grapes, kiwi, pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, etc.

    NOTES : Measurements are approximate.
