Hawaiin Wedding Cake
This cake is delicious!
List of Ingredients
Cake:
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs -- slightly beaten
1 can crushed pineapple -- (20 oz.)
1 c. chopped pecans
Frosting:
1 pkg. cream cheese -- (8 oz.) softened
1 stick butter -- softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Recipe
Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl (including juice in pineapple). Stir in nuts.
Pour into an ungreased 9" x 13" pan and bake at 350° for about 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool a bit.
For frosting, cream together all ingredients and frost warm cake.
