    Ham and Tator Tot Casserole

    I always make this after the holidays to use up my leftover ham.

    List of Ingredients

    10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 t. pepper
    1 small can mushrooms -- drained (original recipe called for broccoli)
    1 1/2 c. cubed ham
    4 c. frozen tator tots

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Combine soup, cottage cheese, sour cream, cheddar, and pepper in large bowl; mix well.

    Fold in mushrooms, ham and tator tots.

    Pour into greased 8x11 casserole dish.

    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
