    Butterscotch Potato Chip Cookies

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup butter--softened (don't use Butter Flavor Crisco!)
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup light brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 cups coarsely crushed plain salted potato chips
    2 1/2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 package butterscotch chips, or more -- (6 ounces)

    Recipe

    Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.

    Add potato chips and butterscotch chips.
    S
    tir flour and soda together. Stir into creamed mixture.

    Drop by tablespoons on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees.


    NOTES : These are best if eaten within 2 to 3 days.

    Recipe can be cut in half.
