    Chicken Lickin' Good Pork Chops

    This is surprisingly very good!

    List of Ingredients

    2 bone-in, loin pork chops -- atleast 1-inch thick (2 to 4)
    1/4 cup flour
salt and pepper -- to taste
    3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 tablespoon oil
1 can condensed chicken and rice soup OR chicken and wild rice soup OR chicken gumbo soup

    Recipe

Trim pork chops of any fat. Dredge in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, and garlic powder. Brown in oil in large skillet. Blot grease off the chops.

Place browned pork chops in slow-cooker. Add can of soup. Cover and cook on #3 in a slow-cooker for 4-5 hours, turning chops once, or until done. (These might take longer to cook in a CrockPot; set on low.)

Serving Ideas : Serve with mashed potatoes.

NOTES : Do not over-cook the meat.
