    Hashed Brown and Pork Chop Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    24 ounces frozen hashed browns -- thawed
    1/2 cup Cheddar cheese -- shredded
    1 can DURKEE'S French-Fried Onions
    4-6 pork chops
    1 tablespoon oil
    1/2 cup Cheddar cheese -- shredded

    Recipe

    Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl; mix well.

    Add potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and half the French-fried onions; mix well.

    Spoon into a 9x13-inch baking dish.

    Brown the pork chops in hot oil, in a skillet. Arrange them over the potato mixture.

    Bake, covered, at 350 F. for 40 minutes.

    Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.

    Serves: 4-6
