    Honey Pecan Pork Chops

    Source of Recipe

adapted from a recipe from AllRecipes.com

    Recipe Introduction

This recipe is so easy and really good. It's great served over basmati rice. If you like a lot of sauce you might want to double it.

    List of Ingredients

1 1/4 pounds boneless pork chops or loin, pounded thin
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour, approx.
    salt and lemon-pepper to taste
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe

Season the pork with salt and lemon-pepper.

Dredge pork cutlets in the flour.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add chops and brown both sides. Transfer to a warm plate or oven.

Turn heat down to medium. Mix honey and pecans into the pan drippings. Heat through, stirring constantly.
