Glazed Balsamic Baby Carrots

List of Ingredients
1/2 T. olive oil
1/2 T. butter
3 cups baby carrots
1 1/2 T. balsamic vinegar
1 T. brown sugar
Recipe
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and butter. Saute carrots for aleast 10 minutes until crisp-tender, stirring as you go; they will burn if you leave them alone too long. Stir in the vinegar and brown sugar; mix to coat, cover and let sit for a few minutes for flavors to meld, then serve.
