    1 Sin Meatloaf

    1 lb lean minced beef
    3 rashers of bacon
    1 tsp onions salt
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1 tbs tomato puree ( ½ a sin)
    1 tsp French mustard ( ½ a sin)
    1 tbs chopped parsley or ½ tbs dried
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 small egg

    Mix everything except the bacon together very well. Pat into a loaf tin sprayed with Fry Right.
    Lay the bacon over the top of the loaf tin and bake for about 40 minutes in a medium oven.

    Serve with home made tomato sauce and steamed veggies OR an 8 oz jacket potato as one B choice.
