I usually make double then freeze it in portion sizes ( u can use the old fromage frais tubs).

3 EGGS - SEPERATED
6-8 LEVEL TBSPS ARTIFICIAL SWEETNER
FEW DROPS VANILLA ESSENCE
9oz VERY LOW FAT FROMAGE FRAIS
Recipe
whisk egg whites until stiff, then fold in sweetener. Beat egg yolks with vanilla essence, then fold into egg whites. Fold in fromage frais...put into tubs and freeze!!

it tastes lovely ...better than ice-cream and you can eat as much as you want which is ALWAYS a good thing!!!!
