1 pkg. English muffins
1 c. chopped ripe olives
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 tsp. curry powderRecipe
Split muffins and set aside. Combine rest of ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture on muffins and cut into quarters. Broil until bubbly. Serve piping hot. (These freze well) Yields: 48 quarters.
