    PARMESAN MUSTARD CHICKEN WINGS

    List of Ingredients




    1 stick (1/2 c.) butter or margarine, melted
    2TBS. Dijon mustard
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    1 cup dry breadcrumbs (I like Progresso Italian)
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    20 chicken wings, tips cut off & discarded,halved at joints

    Recipe



    In shallow bowl whisk together butter, mustard and cayenne. In another bowl or dish combine wel the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Dip chicken wings in butter mixture, coat with crumbs and arrange, without touching each other, in shallow greased baking pan or sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes, turn wings and bake 10 minutes more or til crispy. Serves 6 to 8 as appetizer, or 2-3 as a main dish.
