    Tupelo MS Symphony League's "Great Performances"

    List of Ingredients




    2 c chopped artichoke hearts
    1/2 c chopped celery
    1/2 c chopped green onions
    3/4 c mayo
    salt and pepper
    6 tomatoes, peeled and hollowed out
    12 slices fried, crumbled bacon

    Recipe



    Mix and chill 1st 5 ingredients. I add
    cream cheese (maybe 4 ounces) and garlic
    (one minced clove or 1 t garlic powder).
    Salt and pepper inside of tomatoes. When
    ready to serve, fill tomatoes with mix and
    top with bacon.
