    FRESH MANGO COLADA

    List of Ingredients

    1 large ripe mango, peeled and sliced
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
    6 tablespoons Cruzan light rum, or other light rum
    2 tablespoons Coco Lopez (condensed coconut milk)
    2 cups crushed ice
    4 teaspoons Appleton’s dark rum, or other dark rum
    2 maraschino cherries
    2 wedges fresh lime

    Recipe

    Blend the mango, pineapple juice, light rum, coconut milk, and ice in an electric blender until smooth.
    Pour the drink into 2 tall glasses and pour 2 teaspoons of the dark rum into each glass. Garnish with the cherries and lime wedges. Yields 2 drinks.
