    Bluebeard's Castle, St. Thomas, USVI

    1 ounce Coconut Cream
    1 splash of Cream
    1/2 ounce Melon Liqueur
    3 ounces of Pineapple Juice
    1 1/2 ounces of Light Rum
    1/2 ounce of Dark Rum
    Combine all ingredients in blender with 3 ounces of ice.
