PINEAPPLE MARGAHOOTIES

To make Pineapple Tequila:
In a tight sealing jar, place: 2 pineapples (trimmed and cubed), 2 vanilla beans, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, and 2 litres of tequila (or do half of these ingredients). Leave for at least a week, stirring every so often.
For the margarita: In the blender-- 1 12 oz. can lime juice 1 12 oz. can pineapple tequila, 4 chunks pineapple. Fill to top with ice. Blend until smooth and frozen. You may need to add more ice, depending on size of blender, etc.
