Served at Xtabi, Negril, Jamaica
For 3-4 drinks

The number of alcohol shots can vary depending how strong you want to make the Dirty Bananas.

Fill blender a little more than 1/2 full with crushed ice. Add 2 shots Appleton Special Jamaica Rum or whatever Rum you have. Appleton Special is the best. Add 2-3 shots Sangsters Gold Rum Cream. (I have seen them use sweetened & condensed milk, but Rum Cream is by far the best.) Add 2 shots Tia Maria. Add 3-4 bananas. Add honey. (I have also seen them use a sugar syrup). (OPTIONAL)You can add 1-2 shots vodka or 1 shot Appleton Overproof Rum.
Turn on blender & blend. You might have to use spoon to mix & blend again because the mixture is very thick & creamy.
Serve in glasses with straws & enjoy!!!
