    BLACKBERRY CAKE

    List of Ingredients

    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. butter, melted
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. blackberries

    1 TBS. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)

    Recipe

    Combine first 10 ingredients. Beat 1 minute at med. speed of electric mixer. Stir in soda, nuts & raisins, if using. Spoon batter into greased and floured 10" Bundt pan. Bake at 350ºF for 55-60 minutes or til cake tests done.
