    List of Ingredients




    1 9" crust of gingersnaps
    1 stick margarine, melted
    3 8oz. pkgs. softened cream cheese
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. honey
    1 pkg. Bakers semi-sweet chocolate or 2 TBS cocoa
    1 pt. sour cream
    (Optional: vanilla or any liqueur for flavoring)

    Use springform pan; put up sides and chill pan while combining all ingredients in large bowl. Bake low and slow, 300-325ºF, til sides just start to "crack", about 1 hour.
    Cool completely, then refrigerate overnight.
