Recipe Introduction

I once tried to make it in a conventional cheesecake spring form pan, but it didn't turn out very well. It seemed to change the texture of it and the creaminess is part of what makes it sooo good. If you like toppings, just make your favorites. I like it plain. This is a foolproof recipe. It takes time because of cooling it, but it is worth it and all the steps are simple. "
