List of Ingredients
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained
2 pkgs. frozen artichoke hearts, cooked & drained (qtrd.)
1 stk. (4oz.) butter, softened
1 1/2 pkgs. (8oz. pkgs) cream cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded & chopped fine
4 green onions (tops & bottoms) chopped
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together, folding in artichoke quarters last. Bake 20-30 minutes or til bubbly.
Serves 8-10.
