HOT ARTICHOKE SPREAD

List of Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 c. mayo
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Garlic powder to taste (I use 1 clove chopped garlic)
Recipe
Mix all ingredients and put into a ramekin.
Heat at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or til mixture
is bubbly.
Serve with Waverly wafers for spreading or Doritos for
dipping.
